Manchester United – 2010 Carling Cup Champion

What an entertaining match!

James Milner gave Aston Villa a third minute lead from the penalty spot, before Michael Owen – who Rooney came on for after he pulled up injured – netted the equaliser.
However, in second half (75″), substitute Wayne Rooney has headed Manchester United into our first cup this season.

Final result : Manchester United 2 Aston Villa 1

This result means that Manchester United is the first club that ever retain the Carling Cup!!
