World Cup

Javier Hernandez is officially the fastest player in World Cup!!

He scored 2 goals in the World Cup although he only played as substitute in this year World Cup. What make it even great…he scored against big team such as France & Argentina. He is quick and will always remind us with young Micheal Owen. He almost makes it two in the match against Argentina but his thunderous header just an inch off the goal post.

Is he really quick….??? YES…. With FIFA adopts latest technology in this year world cup… they already prove that Chicharito is the fastest player in this year World Cup after group stage with a top speed of 32.15 km/h, putting him just ahead of Greek duo Avraam Papadopoulos (31.57km/h) & Konstantinos Katsouranis (31.50km/h).

Manutd new boy, Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez hurts Evra’s France

I have to admit that since Hernandez sign with Manutd, I started to follow Mexico team news in World Cup. He has a very good record with his national team, however.. after 2 World Cup matches, it seems that Mexico just tried to use him as a SUPER-SUB.

In last night match against France, he proves that Manutd signed him on merit and not to sell shirts only. Come as substitute in 55 minutes, he beat the offside trap in 64th minutes, latching onto a through ball and rounding France’s goalkeeper Hugo Lloris before drilling the ball home with excellent composure to help Mexico claimed a famous 2-0 World Cup win over France.

I went crazy when he scored and it proves another Sir Alex Ferguson masterstroke by signing him when he is still unknown to the world!

2010/2011 Manchester United fixtures revealed!!

United will kick off the 2010/11 Barclays Premier League season against newly-promoted Newcastle at Old Trafford on the opening weekend.

If you believe in omens then it’s good news – the Reds have twice started campaigns against the Magpies in the Premier League era, in 2000/01 (won 2-0), and 2008/09 (1-1), and on both occasions have gone on to win the title.

There are the usual tricky patches, of course, with back-to-back clashes against Arsenal and Chelsea twice – in December (11, 18) and in the run-in (30 April, 7 May).

The last ten fixtures of the campaign look like producing plenty of fireworks with away trips to Anfield, Upton Park, St James’ Park, the Emirates Stadium and Ewood Park, with home games against Everton and Chelsea thrown in too.
